KC Kronbach - Dallas-Based Real Estate and Private Equity Executive

KC Kronbach is a Dallas real estate and private equity investor who leads companies such as Goldwaite, Caliza Capital, and Red Summit Partners. As partner of Red Summit, he seeks out opportunistic multi-family real estate investments. With a focus on distressed properties, KC Kronbach oversees capital improvements that boost value and provide investment partners with consistent returns.

Mr. Kronbach’s role as Goldwaite principal centers on Texas industrial real estate asset acquisition. As with the multi-family holdings, his team works to improve portfolio properties and strategically sell them in expanding markets. Since cofounding Caliza Capital in 2021, Mr. Kronbach has directed investments that have netted controlling stakes in companies such as Perma-Pier Foundation Repair and Black Tie Plumbing. Invested companies possess compelling competitive advantages and net earnings in the $2 million to $10 million range.

KC Kronbach also cofounded Knightvest, which has expanded over the years and now manages more than 70,000 multi-family housing units nationwide. An avid golfer, he also enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting in his free time.
